The first of a three-part student community, Beacon Commons was one of the first student housing projects to direct serving the Missouri State University Campus.  The project—composed of three parcels of land one block from campus—consists of 48 beds with each fully-furnished unit including bedroom furniture and washer & dryer. A common area includes large screen television and furniture.  Along with the rest of its community, Beacon Commons has remained 100% leased since its opening in 2011.
