Joshua Koss recently accepted the position of General Counsel for The Vecino Group to ensure the company is doing just that regarding their development of properties across the U.S. Koss will work out of the Troy, New York location where he will oversee all contracts for The Vecino Group and manage third-party counsel teams.
Since graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law, Koss has gained rich experience in real estate law through the firms he has worked for in New York. His approach to the practice of law is directly informed by his time spent on the business side sourcing and placing capital for multifamily properties. In all his work—legal, business and volunteer—Koss has integrated his passions for serving the community and fostering authentic connections with those who live there. Koss’s focus on serving a larger purpose coupled with his real estate expertise make him a perfect fit for The Vecino Group.
