FREEDOM SPRINGS COLORADO SPRINGS

A Home for the Brave.

On the battlefield, there is an unspoken commitment that no soldier is left behind. Freedom Springs, a development serving homeless veterans, brings this commitment to civilian life in Colorado Springs.

A joint effort of the Vecino Group, Volunteers of America and Ross Management—Freedom Springs brings permanent supportive housing to El Paso County for veterans who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness. In addition, there are onsite supportive services and case management, life classes as well as direct access to public transit. Situated near Pike’s Peak, the building and grounds are designed for maximum comfort, safety and security. These individuals bravely defended all of us; it’s an honor to welcome them to a home and pursuit of happiness of their own.

The residents of Freedom Springs share much more than just an address. Through a common history of military service, camaraderie lives here, too.

When you stop and take a minute to listen to some of the good coming out of this development, it renews your purpose. It reminds us of why we do what we do.
